Terms and Conditions TR8 — Official Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the TR8 platform — whether through the official website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by TR8 — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy TR8 and policies Responsible Gaming ours, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and TR8. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing.

TR8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document for your reference.

2. Membership Eligibility

To open an account and use TR8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. TR8 strictly prohibits the participation of underage individuals in any form of gaming or betting on this platform.
• Open an account in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not included in any category of individuals prohibited from using gambling platforms under the laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Never been declared bankrupt or subject to bankruptcy proceedings without a valid resolution.
• Act in your full personal capacity as a responsible individual, and not as an agent or intermediary on behalf of any other party.

TR8 reserves the right to request proof of age verification and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the TR8 platform. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and balance freeze.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as stated on your identification document, an active phone number, a valid email address, and the correct local bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

The Identity Verification process (KYC) is part of TR8's standard procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents to verify your identity and bank account. This process is designed to protect all parties against fraud and money laundering.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. TR8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your disclosure of your password to any third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawal of Funds

TR8 supports all major Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and interbank transfers among local banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. TR8 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 working hours for regular members and faster for VIP members, subject to completed KYC verification.
• TR8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security or compliance review purposes without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to your membership tier and will be indicated in your account settings.

TR8 does not charge any processing fees for most withdrawal methods. However, the bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees beyond TR8's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

TR8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each promotion has a specified validity period. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the designated period will expire automatically.
• TR8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through suspicious means, system abuse, or in violation of any promotional terms.
• Each member is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses offered to VIP members are subject to the specific terms of the VIP programme, which can be reviewed on the VIP TR8.
• TR8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, including bonus arbitrage, deliberately low-risk play to meet wagering requirements, or any strategy that TR8 deems to be promotional abuse, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the TR8 platform — including slot games, live casino, and sports betting — are subject to their respective specific rules, which can be reviewed in the help or game rules section within the platform.

• All game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, TR8 will use server records to determine the game status at the time of the disruption. Outcomes based on server records are final.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the member. Cancellation requests after a wager has been confirmed will not be entertained.
• For sports betting, postponed, cancelled, or incomplete events will be settled in accordance with TR8's sports betting rules applicable to each betting type.
• TR8 reserves the right to void bets accepted due to technical errors, system faults, or incorrectly displayed odds. In such cases, the original stake will be fully refunded to the member's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TR8 platform and may result in account closure, freezing of funds, and appropriate legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to access or interact with the TR8 platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the TR8 platform.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illicit financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or exploit promotions.
• Collusion between members in multiplayer games.
• Use of false information, forged documents, or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your TR8 account to another party.
• Any action intended to defraud the platform, other players, or the TR8 team.

TR8 employs sophisticated fraud detection technology and works with relevant authorities to detect and prevent illegal activity. All suspicious cases will be thoroughly investigated.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

TR8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account closure requests initiated by the member, including self-exclusion requests.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, TR8 reserves the right to withhold the balance associated with the disputed activity while an investigation is conducted. Cleared funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the TR8 customer support team. All valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

TR8 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is conducted in accordance with Privacy Policy TR8, which forms part of this agreement.

Your personal information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of TR8's services. TR8 does not sell or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and TR8's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology. TR8 also employs strict internal security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the member database.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TR8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the TR8 platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues beyond TR8's control, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the TR8 platform.

TR8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we make no absolute guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability.

11. Responsible Gaming

TR8 is committed to ensuring our platform is used in a responsible and healthy manner. We provide a range of self-control tools to help members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gaming activity is beginning to negatively affect your personal life, finances, or social relationships, we encourage you to:

• Use the self-limit features available in your TR8 account settings.
• Contact the TR8 support team for assistance activating self-exclusion options.
• Seek professional assistance from a registered gambling support organisation.

12. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

TR8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or ineffective by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction. TR8 is committed to resolving any disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe through the established process.
